This week I am continuing to workout with the Shred and Eas active. Our menu is the same as week one. Kids were asking for those recipes. Makes me a happy mommy.
I have been weighing in with the doctor on Mondays the last two weeks. I am so glad to see I am almost out of the 200. I weighed in a 207.5 and according to the doctor that is 14.5 pounds in two weeks. I have been using Jillian Michael’s Quick Start. Love it.I should be adding in I am with the doctor for supervising of my MS and Vitamin deficiency. So I have been going by her scale.i am so embarressed to be publishing these photos.
I am loving the encouragement of all the woman. Our mamavation mamas are doing fantastic. I think if Leah does this again I might just enter. I see their success and I want that too.
