SO this past week I have started intervals everyother day. I like it and am feeling better after doing so. I am weighed myself a few days ago was down 6 pounds including a tirp to disney. So I am skipping the weigh in for this week.
I thought my challenge would be disney and its not. It is having my husband home. I am now cooking six different meals each day. I have the stuff for me and the kids and then the meals for him so he can gain weight. Can I just tell you I am counting down the day to basic training. Well I am.
I feel like I am spending more than half my day in the kitchen. He has taken over my tv. He is invading my routine. I now am up at 5 or dont go to bed until late to get my workouts in. He is killing me.
My goals this week are to
1. work out my schedual and he will have to follow it
2. make meals ahead to freeze
3.get my complete workouts in
