Another Monday has snuck up on me. Today I dropped Paul off for an over night. So love that man. On to our week.
We had great meals all week. I was able to make about 2 dozen meals to freeze and be ready to reheat at any given time. He has been more about making his meals. Also if anyone knows of a nutrition plan to gain weight please direct us. He needs to put on a few pounds and start building muscle. He is a string bean.
I stole the kids play room tv, the wii and a dvd player. My office now has a workout area while he is home. I am hoping it wont be much longer and he will get a job.
My struggle this week was water intake I was getting in about 48 oz and being done. I have just been on the go. I have to replace our water bottles as they have started springing leaks. They are just old.
My goals for this week
1. continue my work out routine
2. get my water back up
3. watching my steps.
