kaspersky Internet Protection

I have been given the opportunity to review Kaspersky Internet Security. I am still on the fence on how I feel about it. It offers great features but the easy use of the program not so much.

I love the all the features Kaspersky has to offer. Some of them include Desktop Gadget, Parental Controls and Safe Run.
Desk top gadget offers you to see your protection status, drag-and-drop file scanning, and customizable one-click access to the reports and tools you use the most. Parental controls allows the parent to prevent your family’s personal information from being sent out, by designating account numbers, addresses and more as “private.” You can also limit the amount of time your child can spend on the computer or online every day. The Safe Run allows you an added layer of protection for running suspicious or unknown programs and websites. The Safe Run environment is completely walled-off from your data and PC settings, so you can “test drive” programs with total confidence that no harm will come to your system.

I find it a bit more hard to use than Mcafee and Norton. The more I have played with it the easier it has become. We also installed it on my husbands computer and he was able to help me figure it out. He loves it.

I would recommend the program for the bit of frustration is not that bad. It has more services than other antivirus. I like that it runs the scans automatically. I feel it has great protection and prevented many attacks. Paul agrees. This is the first time in a long time our computers are running so smoothly. We ran the scans and the junk it found that the others didn’t was quite impressive.Did you know about 20 childrens sites are infected each day with malicious codes? How about the fact that 58.2 percent of PCs in the US are infected with malware, 52.51 percent of PCs in Mexico and 48.91 percent in Canada. These are just a few more things Kaspersky helps prevent.

Kaspersky runs for 79.99 for a one year license. You can find it at Wal Mart, Target and Best Buy. You can install it on up to three PC. So you are getting your moneys worth.

FTC DISCLOSURE: I was given the opportunity to review thanks to the Family Review Network and Kaspersky
