For those of you who don’t know Nate was diagnosed with Pneumonia last week. This meant mommy at all moments. I couldn’t move without him screaming bloody murder. So this how I did my workouts. I wasn’t getting full workouts in since my husband has been working over time trying to find car deals.
We danced Nathan to sleep. The movement helped him relax enough to sleep. I added lunges and squats into folding laundry. Can I begin to tell you how sore I was when finished. we also snuggled on the floor and I got in crunches and cross over crunches.
I did get in a few shred rounds and a few ea sports more active workouts. I am now at 200 even. My camera is at Paul’s work and my cell wont capture it without being blurry.
I feel good knowing I could drop two pounds without my strict routine while my kiddo needed me. I think this just had to do with making the right food choices. Though I had to remind myself to stay away from the chocolate in the fridge. Such a distraction ration at times lol. I worked through and journal instead of going to pick up that piece of candy or cake. I am really proud of myself for that.
I still need to be better about calculating calories and all that entails. I think I will be entering the mamavation contest this time around.
I am beginning to see my body is thriving for these workouts. I am starting to enjoy. I have so much more to learn.
I am really excited. In 6 weeks I have lost 18 pounds. I can say it hasnt always been the healthy way. The down fall of the band is that sometimes you have flare ups and it is like being a bulimic without wanting to be. I had gotten something stuck in my band and had to have all fluid let out. When they did that. i was put on liquids for a week to let my stomach rest. I am now reinflated and doing better. I am really proud I have been able to do this.
