So yes I am writing this on Wednesday but with great reason. Sunday we took off for Disney. I weighed myself during the week and was down 1.5 pounds. I was ecstatic. I had forgotten to write my post before leaving. We got up at 8 and were out the door by 930 am. So alot didn’t get done.
I can tell you that you can loose while at Disney. Yes there were temptations. I even had a small bit of the kids fried dough. My meals were really healthy.
Yes this weeks post is different.
We stopped at Bk for lunch I had a salad and water
Dinner was at pondersosa I had steamed veggies, the chef made me some roasted sweet taters, . I had steak as my meat. I was chicken and fished out.
We got back to the hotel and I wasn’t feeling so hot, took my sugar levels and they were low so I had 4 oz of coke and I was better. Lesson learned.
Breakfast was eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, special k
Lunch was a salad, cheeseburger no bread, apple and water
Dinner was Chicken Parmesan, salad, a few shrimp and Lemonade
weighed myself and was shocked to see I was down 6 pounds. The Disney staff is great about accommodating what your diet needs are.
The way home was just as healthy.
Fantastic Week! I wore my earth footwear all the time and boy am I feeling it.
