So now that I have had a week to get our Chaos under control, we are better. Just a lot on our plate. That’s a whole other post.
So in two weeks I have lost 4 pounds. I am really excited for that. I was a bit worried about my stress effecting the weigh in. I am glad it didn’t.
I have stayed on top of my water intake. I have increased my work out times. I do 45 in the morning and 45 in the evening. I do this three to four days a week since my schedule has gotten a bit crazy. I am getting ready to embark on some uncharted waters for me. Seeming I have done this for 3 weeks and it is work I am excited.
My goals for this week
-try at least two new recipes I haven’t tried before with 1 new healthy ingredient
-continue with workouts and drinking of the water.
